I'd like to drive back home at 4am to this song. The roads would have been wet, fresh after rain, the stars lidded. I'dve had tea at the empty childhood home of an old friend whose grandfather had just died, boxes lining the entryway. I would've thought a lot about how petty my fears and sorrows were in context to hers.
