badass. neem is best example- western companies patent, sell, and sue successfully for royalties- on thousand year old plants (domesticated or not). neem is an extremely valuble tree, i'm not sure if it was domesticated, but it's existed in it's current form for at least several thousand years in india.

same thing happens with stadiums- cost too much don't make a profit. olympics is net drain on economy always.
